Job summary

Care for Kids by Goodside Health is seeking a dedicated Utility Player to support front desk, back-office, triage, and radiology needs in our Mansfield, TX area clinics. You will verify insurance, assist with patient registration, and help ensure smooth patient flow with a patient-centered approach.

The ideal candidate holds CMA/NCMA/RMA credentials or LVN in TX, with BLS, HIPAA/OSHA knowledge, EMR (eMDs) experience, and a passion for pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistants (CMA/NCMA/RMA) with pediatric experience preferred.
• LVN license in Texas required.
• BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations relevant to clinical settings.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (eMDs) and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients upon arrival and coordinate with providers.
• Front desk duties including insurance verification and patient registration.
• Support back-office care, including vaccines, phlebotomy, and radiology prep.
• Document and summarize visits in the EMR (eMDs).
• Administer medications as directed and educate patients on follow-up care.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain exam and treatment rooms.
• Assist provider during procedures and with patient care tasks.
• Handle lab specimens and communicate results to patients when available.
• Maintain professional communication with the on-duty provider.
