Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking an experienced Clinic RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and teaching needs across the lifespan, including telehealth encounters.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain regulatory compliance, and support clinicians while reflecting Providence’s core values and mission.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Washington Registered Nurse License on hire.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• 18 months of professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory care setting.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and teaching needs.
• Coordinate care via direct and telehealth/telephone encounters in collaboration with the health care team.
• Support clinicians and ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
