Job summary

Providence is seeking an RN for ambulatory care within the Providence Medical Group South. The role emphasizes patient-focused, whole-person care and collaboration with the care team to coordinate comprehensive nursing services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license upon hire in the state where care is provided.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.
• Within 90 days of hire: chemotherapy course for Medford Urology (Facility Managed).
• Notes: RN license (Vendor Managed) in state where care will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care across the lifespan in ambulatory care settings.
• Coordinate care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
• Deliver teaching and care via direct, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic encounters.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
