Job summary

PRACTICE is seeking an LPN to assist with patient visits, examinations, and routine clinical tasks at multiple clinic sites in Oklahoma. You will support physicians and providers, perform phlebotomy, document care in the EMR, and ensure clean, stocked work areas.

The role requires an Oklahoma LPN license, English fluency, strong communication, and the ability to travel between clinics. Travel is involved; safety protocols must be followed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a licensed practical nursing program (LPN).
• One year nursing experience in a healthcare clinic preferred.
• Previous EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to various clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician and advanced practice providers with patient visits and examinations.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens; label and process lab forms.
• Order and document tests and prescriptions per provider specifications.
• Provide patient education and communicate results to patients.
• Maintain exam rooms, labs, and equipment; ensure proper sterilization and stock.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use assistive devices as needed.
