Job summary

Cynet Health seeks an LPN/LVN General in Tulsa, OK for a 13-week contract. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. You will assist providers with examinations, procedures, and care coordination, while documenting in EMR and coordinating tests and refills.

Required 0–1 year of related experience and a valid LPN/LVN license with BLS through AHA. Strong communication and organization skills, and a patient‑centered approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed practical nursing program or equivalent coursework.
• Valid LPN/LV N license (multi-state or state).
• BLS through AHA certification.
• 1 year of experience preferred as stated in the must-have section.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Document patient information, vital signs, and visit details in medical records.
• Schedule tests, referrals, and prescription refills per protocol.
• Administer medications as directed and manage basic patient education.
