Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Completion of LPN program; Oklahoma license required.
• Accurate data entry and documentation in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Room patients to obtain vitals and history; prepare charts for physicians.
• Document in EMR accurately and efficiently.
• Order testing and refer to specialists as directed by physician.
• Provide phlebotomy and collect specimens.
• Maintain sterile exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Travel to other clinics as needed for coverage.
