Job summary

You will drive patient satisfaction, ensure QA targets, and collaborate with physicians to meet performance goals while maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited school of nursing.
• 5+ years of nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, ADA, DOT regulations, CDC guidelines, Workman’s Comp Laws if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care and Health Outcomes - leads in quality clinical care and meeting CI goals.
• Ensure timely management of EMR tasks, overdue orders, test result follow-up and patient follow-up.
• Holds clinical staff accountable to AMG rooming standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Oversees staff scheduling and ensures adequate clinical staffing.
• monit or patient satisfaction, wait times and service standards.
• Leads site clinical integration activities and emergency response coordination.
