HCA HealthONE Rocky Mountain Children's is seeking two Advanced Practice Providers to join their growing Cardiac Intensive Care Unit in Denver. The roles involve direct care for pediatric and adult congenital cardiac patients, collaborating with cardiology, surgery and ICU teams.

Flexible shifts and strong family-centered care are emphasized. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in NP/PA, current licensure with BLS/PALS, and CICU experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current licensure and certification (BLS and PALS required; ACLS preferred).
• Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric and adult congenital cardiac patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, manage medications and therapies.
• Participate in daily rounds, respond to emergencies, provide procedural support as needed.
• Facilitate communication with families, contribute to care coordination, and ensure smooth transitions between inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, intensivists, surgeons, nurses, and other team members.
