Job summary

Pediatric Health Choice is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (PPEC) at our Flowood, MS location. You will assess and address the physical, psycho-social, and developmental needs of children and families using the nursing process, and develop care plans following nursing standards and treatment protocols.

You will educate families, coordinate with physicians, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding infection control and safety policies.

Qualifications

• RN with current state licensure.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in general pediatrics.
• Experience with medically/technology-dependent children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and address physical, psycho-social, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement care plans based on nursing standards.
• Educate families on disease management and care techniques.
• Coordinate care between families, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform clinical assessments and administer medications as prescribed.
