Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in divinity and ordination or equivalent.
• Minimum CPD units completed (4) for CPSE.
• Experience addressing spiritual needs across diverse beliefs.
• Ability to work with patients, families, and staff in crisis.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families of diverse backgrounds.
• Facilitate sacramental ministries and religious services.
• Respond to emergencies and codes as part of the care team.
• Support hospital employees with counseling and debriefing.
