Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-home pediatric therapy in Colorado communities. You will implement treatment plans, target ADLs and fine motor skills, and help children achieve functional independence.

Flexible scheduling options exist for full-time or part-time roles. The position emphasizes family education, caregiver coaching, and collaboration with a broader pediatric care team in a supportive, clinician-led environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado COTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Provide interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and development.
• Support patients in achieving functional independence goals.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising.

Pay Range: $45–$60 per visit
Estimated Annual Salary: $62,400 – $122,400
