Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years clinical experience in the pediatric field of Occupational Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification required.
• National Board Certified Occupational Therapist (NBCOT) required.
• State of Wisconsin OT license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in Occupational Therapy.
• Develops and implements therapy programs for patients.
• Maintains clinical records and coordinates discharge planning.
