Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, assign, and monitor nursing staff during shifts to ensure high-quality patient care (Pediatric CCU experience and leadership preferred).
• Manage daily patient/physician dynamics, resolve clinical issues, and maintain productivity within budget and staffing variances.
• Ensure availability of equipment, materials, and supplies for unit operations.
