Job summary

Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC is seeking a Case Manager II to provide comprehensive, compassionate care. You will assess needs, contribute to care planning, and implement targeted interventions to improve outcomes while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

This role requires a Master’s Degree and at least five years of experience, including three in an acute inpatient setting. RN licensure in DC and case/Utilization Management certification are preferred.

Responsibilities
