Job summary

Goodside Health is hiring in Mansfield for Utility Players in pediatric clinics. You will cover front desk duties, triage, and back-office tasks, while supporting care teams with radiology, labs and patient education.

Ideal candidates are CMAs, LVNs or RNs with recent pediatric experience and BLS certification. The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork and a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• CMA, LVN or RN with recent pediatric experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in pediatric office, urgent care or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA and basic clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients upon arrival and assist provider as needed.
• Handle front desk and patient registration, insurance verification.
• Assist with radiology, phlebotomy and vaccines as directed.
• Document visits in EMR and provide patient education.
• Maintain exam and treatment rooms and support clinic operations.
