Qualifications

• Five years of nursing experience in pediatrics and/or developmental disabilities.
• Experience in care coordination and program facilitation preferred.
• Ability to maneuver within the physical work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of children’s appointments and facilitate communication.
• Ensure accurate completion of documentation and prior authorizations.
• Oversee the vaccine program for inpatient children and young adults.
