Qualifications

• Strong numerical skills for basic calculations and data interpretation.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Quality Standards of Care in Early Childhood programs.
• Maintain environments based on ITERS/ECERS standards with high ratings.
• Assist with implementing care plans and data collection in Credible.
• Directly supervise children at all times.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Keep accurate DHS/ABC and DDS staffing ratio reports.
• Complete progress notes and required documentation promptly.
• Collect data (Work Sampling/Ounce) for assigned classrooms.
• Maintain current Infant/Toddler CPR, First Aid, and Infection Control certifications.
