Responsibilities

• Directly supervises children and ensures safety.
• Assist with implementation of plans of care and data collection in Credible.
• Maintain DHS/ABC and DDS staff/child ratio reports to supervisor.
• Complete progress notes and documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and required annual in-house/outside training.
