Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with patient care preferred.
• Ability to de-escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan of Care - Provide approved care of assigned patients and assist in implementation of interventions under supervision of RN.
• Communication - Demonstrates CARES behaviors and reports changes in patient condition.
• Environment - Maintain safe, organized, infection-controlled care areas.
• Administrative Support - Respond to alarms, answer phones, assemble charts, stock supplies.
