Job description

Children’s Health System of Texas is seeking an outstanding ambulatory pediatric cardiologist to serve the North Texas region. The physician will join Pediatric Heart Specialists (“PHS”), a well-established and respected former private group practice that joined Children’s Health in 2018. PHS operates as the main ambulatory and outreach arm of The Heart Center, a nationally recognized program that combines medical care delivered by Children’s Health and the cardiology faculty at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. Consistently ranked as a top children’s hospital for pediatric cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery, Children’s Medical Center Dallas performs over 650 cardiac surgeries annually with surgical outcomes ranking in the top 10% in the country. The Heart Center also houses a pediatric cardiology fellowship program and robust cardiac subspeciality support. These subspecialities include the busiest pediatric cardiac transplant center in the country and the only one in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
