Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Ambulatory Cardiology team in the Division of Electrophysiology. The APP will deliver family-centered care to pediatric and young adult patients with rhythm disorders, coordinating treatment plans and education across a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include clinical assessments, second-opinion support, data maintenance, and participation in conferences, with 40-hour weeks and four 10-hour days.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• EMR proficiency and familiarity with Excel, REDCap, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric and young adult patients with congenital and acquired heart disease with an EP focus.
• Perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, manage chronic conditions and educate patients and families.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and communication among patients, families and the team.
• Prepare for and participate in clinical conferences and maintain clinical databases.
