Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Ambulatory Cardiology team within the Division of Electrophysiology. The APP will deliver comprehensive, family-centered care to pediatric and young adult patients with rhythm disorders, collaborating with cardiologists, nurses, and a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes clinical assessments, treatment planning, education, and care coordination with longitudinal follow-up.

Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing or Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
3+ years pediatric cardiology experience preferred; EP experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric and young adult patients with congenital and acquired heart disease, focusing on electrophysiology.
Perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, manage chronic conditions, and educate patients and families.
Review clinical data, triage patients with physicians, participate in evaluations and second-opinion consultations.
Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and communication among patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
Prepare for clinical conferences and maintain postoperative/long-term follow-up databases.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and use EMR and data-management tools.
