Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrub on complex congenital heart cases with proficiency.
• Make daily staffing assignments and coordinate patient care.
• Collect specimens for clinical research projects related to cardiac surgery.
• Provide orientation for new staff and mentorship for colleagues.
• Develop systems that improve efficiency, cost control and quality.
