Nemours Children's Health in Orlando, FL is seeking Advanced Practice Providers to join our Comprehensive Cardiac Care Unit. This 20-bed unit delivers care to neonatal, pediatric, and young adult patients with cardiac conditions, within a collaborative program aimed at excellence in patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or PA studies from an accredited program.
• Current Florida APRN or PA license.
• Pediatric cardiac subspecialty certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric cardiac ICU or related experience.
• BLS from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to neonatal, pediatric, and young adult patients in the Cardiac Care Unit under physician supervision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
• Perform procedures within scope of practice per institutional protocols.
• Educate families on conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
