Job summary

Corewell Health's Helen DeVos Childrens Hospital in Grand Rapids is seeking a Part-time RN to provide high-quality nursing care in a pediatric setting within the Invasive Lab Cath HDVCH department. The role supports patient-family centered care and collaborates with the Nurse Leader to optimize outcomes.

The position requires state RN licensure, an Associates in Nursing (or higher) and BLS. Shifts are daytime, with on-call weekends and variable weekdays depending on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing required within 5 years.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• AHA/ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days.
• PALS within 180 days of hire.
• PEARS preferred within 1 year of hire.
• 2+ years RN experience preferred.
• Pediatric ICU/cardiac/cath lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and discharge following the nursing process.
• Provides patient-family centered care and collaborates with the Nurse Leader.
• Documents education and learning in the health record.
