Job summary

Corewell Health's Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Staffing Office New Grad Float team. This full-time night shift position offers 36 hours weekly with 7:00pm-7:30am starts and variable days, including every other weekend.

You will provide professional nursing care within the ANA nursing process framework, partners with families in care planning, and document education in the health record, under the guidance of the Nurse Leader.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing required within 5 years.
• NCLEX licensure must be completed.
• MI RN license required.
• BLS within 90 days required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per the ANA nursing process.
• Incorporate patient-family centered care in planning and care.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients.
• Document education and learning in health records.
• Partner with families to align care goals.
