Job summary

Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is seeking a dedicated RN to join our Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, part of the Heart Institute. This role involves circulating during procedures, setting up the room, and delivering high-quality care to pediatric patients with complex cardiac conditions.

You will document in Epic and GE Live, work 4 days a week with 10-hour shifts, and participate in a 72-hour weekend call rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Background in ICU, Interventional Radiology (IR), and/or Cath Lab.
• Preferred: Cardiac ICU (CICU) or Acute Care Cardiac Unit (ACCU).
• Strong critical care and procedural nursing skills.
• Orientation program of six months provided.

Responsibilities

• Circulate in Cath/EP Lab during procedures.
• Set up the room and prep patients for procedures.
• Document in Epic and GE Live systems.
• Provide expert care for high-acuity pediatric cardiac patients.
• Assist with on-call responsibilities and respond within required times.
