Job summary

The Duke Pediatric Heart Center Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC, trains graduates to deliver comprehensive pediatric cardiac care across PCICU, PICU, and ambulatory clinics.

Qualifications

• PA or NP credential with pediatric focus.
• Graduate from ARC-accredited PA program or MSN/DNP in pediatric acute care.
• Eligible for NC licensure and DEA with prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in PCICU, PICU, and clinics.
• Collaborate with cardiology and surgical teams to plan treatment.
• Educate patients and families; support education of staff and students.
• Engage in clinical research activities and quality improvement.
• Participate in leadership and program development activities.
