Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of prior ambulatory or acute care hospital experience in Surgical or Perioperative Services preferred.
• Ability to assist in anesthesia support tasks and operate in a fast-paced OR setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies.
• Assist with pre‑op transportation and positioning of patients.
• Support licensed anesthesia providers during procedures.
• Calibrate and monitor anesthesia delivery systems and related devices.
• Assist with blood gas analysis equipment and specimen handling.
• Ensure proper labeling of specimens and blood products.
