Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (engineering).
• Experience with CAD/CAM and 3D printing.
• Advanced computer skills.
• CPR certification from AHA within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves, manipulates, and prepares anatomical files for CADCAM/3-D printing.
• Applies appropriate force, alignment, and material thickness for device design.
• Develops efficient digital design workflows for orthotics/prosthetics.
• Prepares CADCAM setup and validates tooling for production.
• Maintains equipment cleanliness and collaborates with clinicians to verify designs.
• Keeps up-to-date with latest materials science applicable to CADCAM/3-D printing.
