Job summary

H2 Health Kids in Tyler, TX seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in an outpatient pediatric setting to provide high-quality ABA services while building meaningful relationships with children and families in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include conducting FBA/BIP, supervising BCaBAs and RBTs, tracking progress with data, and coordinating with families and an interdisciplinary team to ensure generalization and fidelity of treatment.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification and state licensure (where applicable).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with clinical decision‑making.
  • Commitment to compassionate, family‑centered and ethical ABA services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP).
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data‑driven outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and carryover across environments.
  • Partner with interdisciplinary team members including SLPs, OTs, and PTs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer guidelines.
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth.
  • Model treatment plan implementation by working directly with clients to demonstrate strategies, ensure treatment fidelity, and support skill generalization.
  • Support treatment fidelity and successful outcomes through virtual coaching, consultation, and direct client interaction as appropriate.

Overview

At H2 Health Kids, we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in our outpatient pediatric setting, you will provide high‑quality, evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while building meaningful relationships with children and families in a collaborative, team‑driven environment.

Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. We focus on improving communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, emotional regulation, and functional independence through individualized ABA programming and interdisciplinary collaboration.
