H2 Health in Tyler, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our outpatient pediatric program. You will lead ABA services, supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, and drive data‑driven treatment plans in collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team.

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide clinical oversight to BCaBAs and RBTs.
