AB Spectrum in Missouri is opening a new St. Louis clinic in 2027 and seeks BCBAs to deliver exceptional pediatric ABA therapy using the ReggioABA approach.

You will focus on clinical care with limited non-clinical duties, enjoy a comprehensive PTO package, a base salary up to 100k USD, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and a hybrid onsite/remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through BACB.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for early intervention and helping children.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee individualized therapy treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor children’s progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.

• Your Role Is BCBA: Focus on clinical care, with no RBT shifts, lunch coverage, floater duties, or recruiting responsibilities.

• Predictable Hours: Weekday clinic schedules with evenings and weekends off.
