Autism & Behavioral Spectrum in Missouri seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care with a small caseload, ensuring high-quality outcomes for children. The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, supervision of RBTs, and collaborative work with families and therapists.

The position offers four onsite days with hybrid flexibility, a focus on meaningful face-to-face time, and predictable weekday hours with evenings and weekends off.

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
