Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments across age groups.
• Monitor patient responses, document progress and communicate with team.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to care team ensuring safety and compliance.
• Provide orientation and mentoring to students and new staff.
• Coordinate care plans with families and care teams during rounds.
• Adhere to infection control and regulatory standards.
