Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current Minnesota LPCC/LICSW/LMFT license.
• 2–3 years post-licensure pediatric therapy experience.
• Collaborative, team-based environment experience.
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Assessment & Care: Comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning tailored to each child’s needs, including family dynamics.
• Growth & Emotional Wellbeing: Monitor milestones, identify early signs of concern, and apply evidence-based interventions to support wellbeing.
• Family Engagement & Education: Collaborate with families to reinforce understanding of conditions and care strategies.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely documentation per ethical and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration: Work within an integrated primary care team to deliver coordinated care.
