Job summary

The Behavioral Health Integration Therapist at MultiCare Health System collaborates with primary care providers to deliver behavioral health services to pediatric patients and families in Auburn, WA. Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional credentials per HB 1724 listed (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW, LMHCA/LMFTA/LSWAIC/LASW)
• Previous experience providing mental health counseling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered counseling, advocacy and case management.
• Develop treatment plans with clear patient voice and measurable outcomes.
• Meet documentation standards and contract requirements.
• Tailor clinical/case management services to diverse patient needs.
