St. Christopher's Hospital for Children is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our Per Diem Night shift. You will support pediatric patients and families, work with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to individualized plans of care.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, documentation of behavioral data, and collaboration to navigate challenging behavioral health journeys in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• Relevant pediatric behavioral health experience preferred.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to pediatric behavioral health patients.
• Support patient-specific diagnoses and interventions with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document essential patient information and behavioral data for care plans.
• Assist patients with socially complex needs and ensure a patient-centered night-shift experience.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care coordination during nights.
