Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• Relevant pediatric behavioral health experience preferred.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to pediatric behavioral health patients.
• Support patient-specific diagnoses and interventions with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document essential patient information and behavioral data for care plans.
• Assist patients with socially complex needs and ensure a patient-centered night-shift experience.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care coordination during nights.

What You'll Do

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll play an important role in helping patients navigate their behavioral healthcare journey while providing individualized, patient-centered support.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to behavioral health patients based on their individual needs.
• Work under the supervision of an interdisciplinary team to support patient-specific diagnoses and interventions.
• Assist with documenting essential patient information and behavioral data to support the implementation of individualized plans of care.
• Serve as a valuable resource in supporting patients with socially complex needs.
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered care experience throughout the night shift.
