Job summary

Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is seeking a part-time day shift House Supervisor RN to join the Crittenton Children’s Center team in Kansas City. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary group to plan and implement patient care, educate families, and lead care coordination for pediatric behavioral health patients.

The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship of new staff, and hands-on leadership within a supportive unit dedicated to child and adolescent mental health. MO RN license required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree; bachelors preferred.
• 1 - 2 years of related experience, preferably in mental health.
• Current MO RN license.
• Must be team orientated.

Responsibilities

• Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately.
• Identifies hospital resources.
• Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
