Job summary

Saint Luke's Health System is seeking a part-time night shift Registered Nurse for Crittenton Children’s Center in Kansas City. You will support the facility with psychiatric care for children and families, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team and serving as a resource for new staff.

The role requires an associates degree (bachelor's preferred) and 1–2 years of mental health experience. Two 12-hour night shifts, with a strong benefits package and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree; bachelors preferred
• 1 - 2 years of related experience, preferably in mental health
• Must be team orientated

Responsibilities

• Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately.
• Identifies hospital resources.
• Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
