Mercy Hospital St. Louis is seeking a Senior Practice Manager to lead the Kids Behavioral Health/Psychiatry practice at Clinic Towers A&B. The role oversees nine providers and a caregiving team, driving exceptional patient care, engagement, and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will strategy-build, coach staff, optimize workflows, and align clinic goals with hospital objectives to deliver high-quality, value-based care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of healthcare leadership, operations, or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations for pediatric behavioral health/psychiatry with a nine-provider team.
• Develop teams, coach staff, and conduct performance evaluations annually.
• Ensure efficient patient flow, staffing plans, and access to care.
• Drive patient experience initiatives and monitor satisfaction metrics.
• Oversee financial indicators, referrals, and prior authorizations; analyze KPIs.
