FLSA exempt position with standard days, Monday‑Friday scheduling. The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop patient‑centered treatment plans, and document in the EMR.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Licensure with AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• BLS certification.
• Experience delivering evidence‑based behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Consults and mentors in behavioral health care delivery within integrated care.
• Provides care across KRMC locations as needed.
• Performs assessments and screenings for behavioral health patients.
