HealthPRO Pediatrics in Pinehurst, NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our outpatient pediatric clinic. We offer on-site RBT training for non-certified candidates and a schedule that includes hours up to 6:00 PM.

We seek individuals who are passionate about helping children and families, with experience in mental health, child development, or education preferred. 18+ with a high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health, child development, or education is ideal.
• Must be at least 18 and have completed high school or national equivalent.
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, 1:1 or small group.
