Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education or allied discipline required.
• Two or more years of college coursework and one year of experience implementing behavioral protocols may be considered in place of the degree.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data based on observable patient behavior.
• Assist with maintaining up-to-date graphs and data analyses under case leadership.
• Actively participate in sessions per established protocols including baseline, treatment, parent training and generalization sessions.
• Prepare and clean up session-related activities and materials.
• Assist with protocol dissemination, protocol reviews and staff/parent training.
• Utilize CPR and Behavior Management Training within 90 days of hire.
• Maintain up-to-date status in required in-service topics.
