Kennedy Krieger Institute, Inc. in Baltimore, MD seeks a Behavior Data Specialist I to organize data systems, support behavioral assessments, and assist with research activities in pediatric feeding disorders.
The role includes data collection, graphing, participation in sessions, and training staff and parents, with duties rotating in absence of a Clinical Specialist I. A strong data mindset and comfort with clinical settings are preferred.
The Behavior Data Specialist I will organize and maintain data collection and statistical analysis systems for the program; assist with behavioral assessments and program implementation; assist with research activities and staff/parent training; and assume Clinical Specialist I duties in the temporary absence of those staff members.
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education or allied discipline is required. Two or more years of college level course work and one previous year of experience implementing behavioral protocols may be considered in place of this degree at the discretion of department leadership.
Previous experience in the implementation of behavioral assessment/treatment programs with the individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred.
