Job summary

Achieve Beyond in New York City seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team serving children with ASD across home, school, and clinic settings. The role emphasizes data-driven programs, caregiver collaboration, and meaningful goals.

Responsibilities include assessments, behavior intervention plans, supervision of therapists, and regular progress reviews. Requires BCBA/LBA, master's degree, and at least one year supervision experience. Travel to cases is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA and LBA certifications required.
• Minimum one year of ABA supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and set goals with caregivers.
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Create measurable, observable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists with feedback.
• Review session notes regularly to ensure program integrity.
• Analyze data and adjust programs based on outcomes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents and team.
• Ensure confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
