Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric outpatient team. You’ll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services while collaborating with a pediatric team focused on meaningful progress for children and families.

The role involves conducting FBA, developing treatment plans, analyzing data, supervising clinicians, educating families, and maintaining clinical documentation, with competitive salary and sign-on

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Florida licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment recommendations based on progress.
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide parent and caregiver education and support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
