Job summary

Ivy Health Inc is seeking an outpatient clinician in our pediatric ABA program in Michigan. You will help children and families learn new skills using evidence-based ABA, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to tailor individualized plans. Parents are encouraged to participate and apply home exercises for daily life.

You will guide behavior technicians, partner with caregivers, and work with pediatric therapy teammates to enable participation, communication, and thriving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited BCBA program.
• Current or pending BCBA licensure in the respective state.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Guide behavior technicians and collaborate with pediatric therapy teammates.
• Partner with caregivers to coordinate care and home skills transfer.
• Support children to participate, communicate, and thrive in sessions.
