Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Board-C certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead 1:1 ABA therapy for pediatric clients.

The role includes assessment, data collection, and development of intervention plans under supervision, with opportunities to mentor RBTs and participate in team meetings. The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA, with leadership experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills required.
• Knowledge of Insurance ABA requirements and billing beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct Therapy: provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Complete assessments and data collection, including initial assessments and progress monitoring.
• Prepare and revise behavior intervention plans; conduct functional analyses as needed.
• Provide training and supervision documentation for RBTs; participate in team meetings and trainings.
